Here we report a 68-year-old healthy elderly man presented to our hospital with flu like syndrome and acute kidney injury. Eventually, Ig M Antibody for leptospira was found positive. Antibiotic treatment is efficient in the early and late or severe phases. In this case early and daily hemodialysis leads to rapid recovery of the patient. |
