ABSTRACT:
Background: Diabetes and HIV infection are common co-morbid conditions of disseminated Histoplasmosis. Case report: This study reports a case of disseminated histoplasmosis in a 4 year old boy with type 1 diabetes mellitus history diagnosed a year before. He was admitted with high fever and cough in pediatric emergency. The child evaluated with more productive cough, hepatosplenomegaly, generalized painful lymph node, whitish plaques in the oral cavity, angular cheilitis and ocular disease (erythema in the sclera and bilateral conjunctiva, leftmost). Diagnosis was based on histopathological examination, culture, bacterioscopy and PCR. Despites the adequate treatment, patient developed blinds in the left eye. Conclusion: After all, we conclude that histoplasmosis became an important public health problem due to the high number of immunocompromised patients, what makes it important the attention on differential diagnosis.

ABSTRACT:
Background: Cytology is part of histotechnology, being essential to the diagnosis of several human diseases, like tumors, bacterial, viral and parasite diseases. Imprint, Tissue Printing or Cytology Decal is a cytological method of low cost and easy execution, capable of help or even define the diagnostic of a variety of pathologies. Case Report: The authors present an Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma (ATC) case in which the Imprint Method was used as a primary necropsy cytodiagnostic method. Conclusion: Although the cytological imprinting method having its limitations, it has low costs, simple execution and rapid results which enable the Imprint as a good method to diagnostic ATC in the autopsy room.

ABSTRACT
Background: The studies that focus on the genetic basis of psychopathologies become increasingly frequent and important. Consequently, genetic markers may be the new instrument to assist the diagnostic accuracy of some complex diseases such as Schizophrenia. Aims: To identify the genes those are involved in the schizophrenia’s etiology and their distribution around the world. Methods: we performed a systematic literature research of studies from January 2004 to august 2014 held by SCOPUS and MEDLINE. The descriptors used in both databases were “genetic markers (medical subject headings [MeSH term])”, “mutation (MeSH term)” and “schizophrenia (MeSH term)”. Of the 149 articles found, 39 met the eligibility criteria. RESULTS: Many genetic markers are hypothesized to be linked to Schizophrenia. Genetic studies agree with the clinical observation that schizophrenia is highly heritable but the genetics are complex. Although, some genes such as CAPON, COMT, HUMAN QKI, NR2E1, ProDH and ADRBK2 appears to be frequent in more than one nationality. Conclusion: Therefore, these markers must be studied with larger sample sizes to confirm these promising findings. This study also presents a geographical distribution of the genetic markers around the world with its implications to schizophrenia. Interesting results were observed in the genetic patterns of different ethnicities. However, there remains some doubt about the genes identified and further investigation and wider confirmation are needed as both positive and negative replication studies have been reported in different countries, and it is likely that some initial studies have produced false positives.

ABSTRACT
The recurrence of rapes, stalking, jokes and other types of opression against women in renowned universities raises a question: how is it possible to occur so many cases of sexual violence in this setting, where freedom of expression, criticality and equality are paramount values?
Our research revealed many scenarios of sexual abuse, such as Columbia University, State University of São Paulo (USP) and Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), besides other institutions in China, Mozambique and United Kingdom. In most cases the university, that has a lack of legislation about sexual violence, underestimated the act severity and the aggressor did not undergo major punishments. It was also largely reported alcohol association with harassment, harasser's threat and victim's fear to deal with the situation.
We concluded that this phenomenon has a multifactorial cause, including victim’s ignorance about their rights and social hedonist perception of life. The criticality, dignity and equality must be rescued in the academic setting by the University, that has the obligation to provide a safe environment for women to become politically active and knowledgeable of their rights.

Conceptual Maps of the mental health of children and adolescents: A systematic review and meta-cognitive procedures in the architecture information in Northeastern of Brazil. ABSTRACT
Introduction: The Northeast Region is the third largest region of Brazil, with 49 million inhabitants, almost 30% of the population, being the second most populated region in the country, behind only Southeast. Investments related to mental health in the Northeast are increasing by the Federal Government. Despite huge investments directed to care to affective disorders, significant losses still occur. Our goal was to address the peculiarities of the evolutionary process of mental health in Brazil and in the Northeast, focusing on the juvenile age group. Method: Original analyzes were performed on secondary data from the Hospital Information System (SIH) belonging to the Unified Health System (SUS) in Brazil, Primary Care Information System (SIAB) and the Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics (IBGE). The original data of juvenile mental health were complemented by through the information mapping (Cmap Tools) in the databases: LILACS, SciELO, VHL, MEDLINE. Results: In the Northeast, the precarious socioeconomic conditions contribute to the involvement of children and adolescents with psychopathology. Between 2008 and August 2011, 470 deaths were recorded in mental health in the Northeast. This shows us that not only just create Center for Psychosocial Care-CAPS to improve instantly the health indicators, is still a need for greater training of health professionals who are involved in treating these patients. Conclusions: Some challenges remain in mental health, such as promoting care network, domain and expansion of diagnostic and therapeutic resources, stimulating the social rehabilitation of psychiatric patients, joint approach to mental and socioeconomic status, training of health professionals and interventions in respect to autonomy and the individuality of the bearer of affective disorder.
